by providing a writtem request to the FLRA |

BOD indicating both parties new assignment locations
and must be signed by both parties. |

The FLRA BOD will then update the assignment list
and change slip numbers on the dock. |

|||||||||||

|||||||||||||

A homeowner may allow another homeowner the right to
use his slip at any time. With this |

|
|||||||||||

arrangement, the underlying slip assignment will not
change. No further information is |
