NOTE:  EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

 

 

 

 

Homeowners may exchange slip assignemnts by providing a writtem request to the FLRA  

 

 

BOD indicating both parties new assignment locations and must be signed by both parties.

 

 

The FLRA  BOD will then update the assignment list and change slip numbers on the dock.

 

 

 

A homeowner may allow another homeowner the right to use his slip at any time.  With this

 

 

arrangement, the underlying slip assignment will not change.  No further information is

 

 

required by the FLRA  BOD.
