Answers:
How do I know which areas of the screen are links?

Your mouse cursor will change as it passes over a "Hotspot" (link) on a page. Almost all of the small pictures on this site can be clicked to get a larger image.  Text that is underlined is almost always a link to a different page or Website.

Links that you have not visited will be a different color (darker) from those links you have visited.  The current "Active" will normally be a bright color.

1 How do I update the FLRA Calendar?

Only authorized individuals can update the calendar.  Notify a Board member if you wish to have an event added to the FLRA calendar. If you are authorized to update the calendar and need assistance, get detailed instructions here.

2 How do I submit pictures for publishing?

Pictures are always welcomed.  Send an E-mail to admin@FLRA.org with the digital pictures attached.  Also send an E-mail to tom_broughton@msn.com WITHOUT the attachments so I know I need to take action.  We can only publish digital pictures, so if you have some classic prints, contact someone with a scanner to create a digital (.JPG) image.

3 How do I save a picture from the site?

Hover your cursor over the picture and right click the mouse.  Select "Save Picture" to a location you choose on your computer.

4 How do I print a picture?

Hover your cursor over the picture and right click the mouse.  Select "Print Picture" and your computer will take over from there

5 How do I make the pictures fit into the IE Browser window?

In Internet Explorer select Tools / Internet Options. Select the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Multi-media area.  Check (or Uncheck to disable) "Enable Auto Image Resizing"  (screen image from Internet Explorer 6)

6 How do I change the monitor resolution to see more on my screen?

Most Internet sites are best viewed at 800x600 or higher.  Get step-by-step instructions here

7 Why can't I get into the BOD & Flows discussion boards?

The BOD and FLOWS message boards are secured sites and only authorized users may enter.

8 Why do I get asked for a password when I try to access some of the links?

Some areas of the site contain sensitive information and can only be accessed by Fountain Lake Residents.  You should have received a password that will allow you to access the Resident only areas.  Contact the BOD to obtain your Password

9 How do I "force" a Picture to open in a full page so I can view more of the picture?

Holding the "Shift" key down when you click on a link will force the new page to be opened in a new window.
